The Human Condition
The Human Condition print portfolio was created by 13 printmakers who work together on sustaining the publication Carrier Pigeon. The theme of the portfolio is a reflection on encounters, wanting, loss, looking within and the influences of the outside.
Artists were requested to create an edition of 20 prints concerning the theme to an 11" x 15" plate size. The impressions were printed on 15" x 20" sheets of Arnhem 1618 and vary from traditional to modern printmaking techniques.
