PROGRAM DATES AND ACTIVITIES

WEEK 2:  Monday, July 7th through Friday July 11th, 2025

Things to Bring-  Children should arrive at camp in sneakers. Please make sure all items are labeled with the child's name.

Water bottle

Hat and Sunscreen

Smock (or apron) for art making

Raincoat/Poncho and Rainboots if Rain is predicted for the day

Extra Set of Clothing to be kept at camp including shorts, t-shirt, underwear, and socks

Healthy, nut free lunch

Morning and afternoon snack

Medication, epi-pen, etc. (if applicable)

Things Not to Bring

Money, valuables or any electronic items - the camp cannot be responsible for the loss of such items

Foods containing nuts or nut butters

Soda or candy

Glass bottles

SNACK & LUNCH

Snack occurs twice per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, prior to dismissal. 

Lunch will be served between 12pm and 1pm.

ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL

Arrival: Campers should arrive between 10am - 10:30am daily

Dismissal: Campers should be picked up between 2:30pm and 3:00pm daily

Late Arrival, Absence, or Early Pick Up: If your child will be absent or late please notify our Lead Educator Raquel Medeiros at  917.561.8558 as soon as possible.
