Jorge Wellesley (Havana, 1979) is a graduate from the Higher Institute of Art (ISA),Havana in 2004 where he later served as professor of painting for over five years.He was a co-founder of the Department of Public Interventions (DIP) and VisualSpace of Experimentation 08, both in Havana.
