We will look at examples of artists working with non-traditional organic and biodegradable materials and make two recipes of our own using household appliances and ingredients. We will make a gelatin-based foam as a sculptural material and an agar based laminate. You will get to make and take home samples of your very own sustainable plastic alternatives!
